  • Have a signed sales or listing authority to sell your property.
  • Permanent resident of Australia or an Australian citizen.
  • Hold a valid ID such as a driver’s licence or passport.
  • Have an Australian issued credit or debit card or bank account as a back-up payment.
  • Have a verifiable email address and Australian mobile number.
